The Challenge
Natures Farmer needed more than standard air conditioning. The site required controlled environments across production, office, staff and R&D areas, plus a dedicated drying room for seaweed processing and a coolroom for lime storage. The job involved combining comfort air conditioning, fresh air ventilation, moisture control, process air movement, refrigeration and exhaust into one coordinated commercial installation.
Our Solution
We delivered a full HVACR fitout across the facility. This included two 25kW Panasonic FSV systems serving the ground floor production area, a separate 25kW Panasonic FSV system with five ceiling cassettes serving the office area, a 9.5kW wall-hung split system to the upstairs lunchroom, and a 2.5kW wall-hung unit to the R&D room. We also installed fresh air systems to the production and office areas, a new upstairs toilet exhaust system, a drying room with a Munters MLT350 desiccant dehumidifier, Airius circulation fans, rigid ductwork, lighting, controls and strip curtains, and a coolroom refrigeration system with Tecumseh condensing unit, Cabero evaporator, Carel controls and LED lighting.
